CONDITION IS POOR OF STROKE VICTIM
Mrs. Henry Steiner's Daughters Called to Her Bedside
WINDSOR, Ont Oct. 14°-(CP)- Condition of Mrs Henry Steiner. 53, 65 Albert street south, Kitchener, was "very poor." hospital authorities said today. Mrs. Steiner suffered a stroke Monday while driving home from Detroit with her husband and physicians fear she will not survive.
Mrs. Steiner's condition was considered so serious by hospital authorities yesterday that both her daughters, Valeria and Marie, were called back to their mother's bed side in Windsor. No word has been received by the girls friends here since they left yesterday.
The two girls had been with their mother in Windsor on Tuesday and they had just returned to work here Wednesday when they were called back again.
Miss Marie Steiner told The Record yesterday that Mrs. Steiner's present attack was the first that she had ever had. Outwardly at any rate her mother was in the best of health when she left home for her holiday, Miss Steiner said.
