- CLARE H. HUEHN 1930 - 2006 Passed away, surrounded by his family, on January 12, 2006, at the K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, in his 76th year. Loving husband of Stacia (nee Egerdeen) for 56 years. Beloved father of Trish Greenberg, Brenda Weppler and her husband Barry, Ronald and his friend Donna, and Bruce and his wife Heather. Will be sadly missed by 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also survived by his brother Raymond Huehn, and sisters Marie Kipfer, Doreen Olienick, Gloria Mayer, and Virginia Pfohl. Clare was predeceased by his parents Emil and Eleanor Dorscht, as well as his granddaughter Sherry-Lynn Greenberg. Clare was a resident and hardworking farmer in Heidelberg for over 50 years. He was an avid collector of exotic birds, and was also a member of the Waterloo Rod and Gun Club. Friends are invited to share their memories of Clare with his family during visitation at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo tonight (Saturday) from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Clare's life and faith will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, January 16, 2006 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow in Parkview Cemetery.
