  Pitz, Eli - At his home, on Tuesday, May 24, 1988, in his 90th year, Eli Pitz, late of 19 Walnut Street. Beloved husband of Elsie (nee Plate), loving father to Melbourne of Kitchener, Ken of Waterloo, Gerald of High River, Alta., Clifford of Kitchener, Phyllis (Mrs. Jerome Taggart) of Vernon, B.C., Deline (Mrs. Robert Snowdon) of Cambridge and Audrey (Mrs. Ronald Suchostawsky) of Kitchener. He will be dearly missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is survived by his sisters, Clara Schauber of St. Jacobs, Frieda Hill of Detroit, Mich. and Irene Ricker of St. Jacobs. He is predeceased by his first wife, Luella Westfall; sons, Gordon and William; brother, Dalton Pitz; sister, Dora Riley; and parents, William and Angelina Pitz. Mr. Pitz was born in Broadhagen, Ont.; was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church Golden Hour and was a retired employee of Uniroyal after 38 years. There is to be no visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral home and Chapel. A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, May 28, 1988, at 1 pm, in St. Matthew's Lutheran Church Chapel. Cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy, donations to St. Matthew's Lutheran Church Golden Hour, 54 Benton St., Kitchener, N2G 3H2, would be appreciated by the family. Rev.
