    • Goodwin, Frances (Mrs. Bert) - On Thursday, Sept. 18, 2003, at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, Frances (Wooley) Goodwin, age 73 years, of Barrie, formerly of Elmira. Loving wife of Bert William Godwin for 54 years. Much loved mother of Joanne and John Grinwis of Guelph, Dan Goodwin of Fergus, Kathy Forwell of St. Clements, Richard and Laurie Goodwin of Aurora and Brenda Chambers of Barrie. Gramma will be missed by Derrick, Lesley, Melanie, Michael, Eric, Quinn and Kate. Youngest sister of Allan Wooley of Elmira and Jean McBeth of Listowel and sister-in-law of Verna Wooley of Elmira. Predeceased by her parents, Bertha and Walter Wooley; one brother, Merle and sons-in-law, Murray Forwell and Kevin Chambers. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm; where funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, Sept. 22 at 11 am, with Rev. Tom Chire officiating followed by interment in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Elmira. In her memory donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
