      The death of Mrs. Frederick W. Dankwardt, occurred suddenly this morning at her residence, 161 Benton St., following a heart attack. The former Frieda Kurt, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hagen, and was born at Strasburg, Nov. 12, 1885. She was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church. Her marriage to Frederick Dankwardt, who survives, took place at Kitchener, Aug. 25, 1909. Surviving besides her husband are one son, Winfred; two daughters, Mrs. Ford (Marie) Grischow and Mrs. Elmer (Edna) Hannusch, Kitchener; seven grandchildren; four brothers, Henry Kurt, Preston; William and Alvin Kurt, Kitchener; and Robert Kurt, Breslau; and two sisters, Mrs. Cornell Holtzman, Derrey, Sask., and Mrs. Allen Levine, Preston. The body is resting at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. Interment will be made in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. Rev. Dr. John Schmieder will officiate.
