  Leslie, George W. - Of Waterloo, peacefully, at Freeport Hospital Health care Village, Kitchener, on Saturday, June 12, 1993, in his 93rd year. Dearly loved father of Howard (Joyce) Leslie of Calgary, Alta., Clifford (Anne) Leslie of Waterloo, Donald (Joyce) Leslie of Surrey, B.C., Doris (Cecil) McCourt, of Listowel and Marie (Raymond) Kerr of Waterloo. Mr. Leslie is also survived by 16 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Verna (nee McDowell) on January 26, 1975. The Leslie family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo today (Monday) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and Tuesday from 12 noon until service time. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel at 2 pm with the Rev. John Young officiating. Interment will be on Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
