  Thuroo, Mrs. Oscar (Gertrude) On Monday, Feb. 17, 1997, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, (Gertie) (Mattusch) Turoo, age 69 years, of RR 4, Elmira. Beloved wife of Oscar; dear mother of Bill and D'anne of Elmira and Roger and Kathleen of Shilo, Man.; loving grandmother of Nancy, Pam, Samantha, Allie and Kent. Gertie was the last surviving member of the William and Elizabeth (Garioch) Mattusch family having been predeceased by two sisters, Jean and Alice (Mrs. Victor Hill) and one brother, Fred. Friends may call at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, Feb. 20 at 11 am, with Rev.
