  NEEB, Henry E. -- In the General Hospital, Stratford, on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1982, Henry E. Neeb, of 115 greenwood Drive, Stratford, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Frieda E. Merklinger. Also survived by a son, Ralph Neeb and Daughter-in-law, Louise of RR 1, Gadshill; a daughter, Mrs. Irene Epp and son-in-law, Wilfred of RR 2, Tavistock; a brother, John Neeb of Stratford and a sister, Mrs. Edwin (Mary) Fleischauer of Waterloo; three grandchildren, Paul and Colleen Epp and Heather Neeb. The family will receive friends at the Heinbuck Funeral Home, 156 Albert St., Stratford, today, 2-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at First Street Paul's Lutheran Church, Wellesley, on Friday, Jan. 8 at 2 p.m., Rev.
