  Kaplin, Jerome Joseph (Jerry) - On Thursday, September 19, 2002, at St. Mary's General Hospital, Jerry Kaplin, in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn. Predeceased by a daughter, Carol Ann. Survived by a sister, Lorraine Kaplin of Kitchener. Predeceased by two brothers, Randolph and Clayton. Loving grandfather of Colleen Howell of Kitchener, Janice Yates (Richard) of North Bay and four great-grandchildren; will be greatly missed by a niece, Karen Kaplin and special friends, Bill and Pat Noonan. The family invites relatives and friends to the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitchener (742-4481) on Saturday, September 21, 2002 (today) for a service of remembrance at 3 pm.
