- Jerome Murawsky
Jerome Murawsky, 243 Margaret Ave., who was ill for five months, died Sunday at St. Mary's Hospital after a heart attack. He was 57.
He was born Aug. 15, 1910, in Kitchener, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Martin Murawsky. For the past eight years he worked as a stationery engineer at the Sunnyside Home. He was a member of St. Teresa's RC Church and of the Holy Name Society.
His first wife, the former Helen Siminowsky, died in 1964.
Surviving are his second wife, the former Margaret Heinbecker; one son, Paul of Kitchener; one daughter, Mrs. Paul (Karen) Januszkiewicz of Kitchener; four brothers, Martin and Daniel of Kitchener and Michael and Clarence of Waterloo; one sister, Mrs. Harold (Marion) Oestreich, of Kitchener, and one grandchild.
He was predeceased by one sister, Mrs. Matilda Scheklesky.
The body is at the Gruhn Funeral Home where prayers will be recited tonight at 8. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home Wednesday at 8: 30 am, followed by requiem high mass at St. Teresa's RC Church at 9 am. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
