  John Koenig, Sr. - By Record Correspondent - Linwood, March 18 - John Koenig, Sr., passed away at this home three miles west of Linwood Tuesday afternoon in his 69th year. He was a resident of this community all his life, being born February 23, 1867. The late Mr. Koenig was married 36 years ago to Mary Foerester of Heidelberg. Surviving are his widow, two sons, John H., Jr., of the 11th line Wellesley, and T. Otto at home, one daughter, Mrs. David Heipel of Philipsburg, two grandchildren and two brothers, Adam of Saginaw, and Jacob of Waterloo. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon with services at the home at two o'clock followed by services at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, of which he was a lifelong member. Rev. W.
