  PILLAI, Francis Xavier Of Newlands Crescent, Burlington, on Thursday. Aug. 18, 1994, at Joseph Brant Hospital, in his 59th year. Beloved husband of the late Doris Harris (March 12, 1993). Dear father of Francis, Richard and Rebecca, all of Burlington. Dear brother of Patrick of Waterdown. Mr. Pillai was born in Karachi, Pakistan and came to Canada in 1972. He moved to Cambridge from Meaford in 1974 and was employed as a die caster at Burlington Die Casting. He was a member of St. Clements RC Church and a member of the Preston-Hespeler Knights of Columbus. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge today (Friday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, Aug. 20. 1994 at St. Clements RC Church, 745 Duke St., Cambridge at 10 a.m., with Father L.P. Cullaton celebrant. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery, Cambridge. Prayers will be recited today (Friday) at 8: 45 p.m. at the funeral home. The Record Newspaper 19 Aug 1994 pg A13
