  Karmierz Szmanowski PRESTON, Karmierz Szmanowski, 51, of 220 Water St., died today at his home. Mr. Szmanowski was born in Poland and has lived here for 11 years. He was employed by Daisy Manufacture Co., Ltd. and was a member of St. Clemcnt’s RC Church. Surviving is his wife, the former Jadwiga Kacprowska, one son, Stanley of Preston: his mother one brother and three sisters, all in Poland. The body is at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, until 9: 30 a.m., Wednesday, then to St. Clement's Church for requiem mass, at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Preston, Park Lawn cemetery.
