At the Owen Sound General and Marine Hospital, on Thursday, Jan. 23, 1975, after a lengthy illness, Arthur Andrew White of Route 2, Wiarton, formerly of 28 Moore Ave., Kitchener, aged 63 years. A resident of the Twin Cities most of his life until moving to the Wiarton area after his retirement in 1974. Had been employed at Dunbar Aluminum Foundry as a superintendent. Husband of Marie Schmidt; father of James of Ashton, Mrs. Bruce (Susan) Hemmerich, Route 1, Gadshill; Mrs. Dianne Steinke, Kitchener; Mrs. Don (Karen) Weatherbe, Mississauga; Mrs. John (Heather) Arnold, Don Mills; brother of Mrs. Esther Michalofsky, Route 2, Breslau; Mrs. Charles (May) Bradshaw and Mrs. Pearl Bainberger, both of Kitchener; 12 grandchildren also survive; predeceased by his parents, one brother and two sisters. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, where the funeral and committal service will be held on Monday at 2 p.m., with Rev. Paul B. Zacharias officiating.
