  Herbert Bowyer Resident of Preston until two years ago, Herbert Bowyer died at St. Joseph's Hospital, Sudbury, yesterday. The late Mr. Bowyer, who was 57, was during his residence in Preston, employed with the Grand River Railway as foreman of the bus department of the Canadian Pacific Transport lines. A member of St. John's Anglican Church, Preston, he was also a member of Preston Cambridge Lodge No. 188, while resident here. Surviving is his wife, Elizabeth Mitchel. The late Mr. Bowyer will be resting at the Stager-Pass Ltd., funeral home from Sunday noon until Monday, for service at 3.30. Interment will be in Park Lawn Cemetery, Preston. A service will be conducted at the funeral home at 8: 30 Sunday night, by Preston Cambridge Lodge. Kitchener-Waterloo Record 17 Oct 1953 pg 5
