LORENTZ, Joan (Snyder)

Passed away suddenly at home, on Sunday, December 31, 2006, at the age of 61. Beloved wife of Robert for 40 years. Much loved mother of Bonnie (Kevin) Frank of Waterloo and Jim (Stephanie Pallas) of Kitchener. Very special gramma to Jordon and Ashley Frank. Sister to Ken Snyder of Waterloo. Joan is survived by her mother and father-in-law Scotty and Mary Lorentz of Kitchener. Sister-in-law to Ron, Rick, Brian (Debbie), Jerry (Joan) Lorentz. Also by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Daniel and Mildred Snyder and her sister-in-law Marg Lorentz. Joan's family will receive relatives and friends tonight (Tuesday) from 7-9 PM and on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener 519-749-8467. Parish prayers 8: 45 PM Wednesday evening. Prayers will be offered in the funeral home at 9: 20 AM on Thursday, January 4, 2007 followed by procession to St. Louis RC Church, 53 Allen St. E., Waterloo for Funeral Mass at 10 AM. Father Ray Reitzel officiating. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or St. Louis RC Church would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
