Notes - BUCHAN, Ann Elizabeth - Peacefully, at the Lisaard House, Cambridge, on Saturday, March 11, 2006 in her 80th year. Ann Buchan (nee Ballantyne), beloved wife of the late Jim Buchan (1996). Dear mother of Elizabeth and her husband Dr. James Hare of Winnipeg, Alison and her husband David Nuttall of London, ON and Cameron Buchan and his wife Carrie of Guelph. Special grandma of Alexander James, Colleen Margaret Ann, Jordan Lee, James Eric and Cassandra Ann. Sister of Robert Ballantyne and his wife Betty of Orillia. Mrs. Buchan was a long time member of Wesley United Church and Choir. Family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 96 St. Andrew's St., Cambridge on Wednesday from 7-9 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at Wesley United Church, 6 Cambridge St., Cambridge on Thursday, March 16, 2006 at 11 am. Reception will follow in the Ballantyne Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lisaard House. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Simms and the entire staff and volunteers at the Lisaard House.
