      Formerly of Bingeman Street, Kitchener, at Freeport Hospital Health Care Village, on Monday, Aug. 6, 1990, 94 years of age.

      A member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and the Golden Circle of the church, as well as the Women of the Moose.

      The former Hedwig Guenther. Surviving are a number of nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her family. She was predeceased by her husband, William Schwartz; brothers, Otto, Louis, Rudolph and Walter, as well as sisters, Olga Walther, Meta Marquardt, Agnes House, Pauline Brooks and Elsie Otterbein.

      Visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitchener, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday. The funeral service will be held from the Schreiter-Sandrock Chapel, on Thursday at 11 a.m., Interment St. Peter's Lutheran cemetery. Rev. Paul Shultz officiating.
