- Charles C. Gross
The death of Charles C. Gross, 61, occurred suddenly yesterday following a heart attack.
The son of the late Mr, and Mrs. George Gross, he was born in Mornington Township, May 19, 1885. His wife, the former Arnetta Smith, predeceased him Aug. 7, 1935.
Surviving are five sons, Carl, Harold, Robert, Kitchener; Arthur, Toronto, John, London; one daughter, Mrs. Alfred E. (Helen) Marshall, Kitchener; three brothers, Joseph, and George of Listowel, and William, Kitchener; and three sisters, Mrs. Christine Nickel and Mrs. William Ferguson, Listowel and Mrs, August Kiel, Gorrie. Two grand-children also survive.
The body is resting at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Rome where the funeral service will be held at two o'clock Thursday. Interment will be made in Woodland Cemetery. Rev. Dr. John Schmieder will officiate.
