  William John Boyd PRESTON - Funeral and committal services were conducted today at the Barthel. Stager Funeral Home for William John Boyd, formerly of 403 Montrose St., who died Saturday lit Coutts Pavilion. He was 88. Mr. Boyd was born at Mount Forest. He had lived in Preston for 45 years. He was employed for 35 years at Canada Last Co. Ltd. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Loretta Miller in June of this year. Surviving are one brother, Nelson of Preston, and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Carretta of Preston, Ida of Mount Forest and Charlotte in Saskatchewan. Interment was in Preston Park Lawn cemetery.
