  SPITZIG, Wilfred E. Of 55 Ashley Crescent, London, Ont., formerly of Oakwood Avenue, Cambridge, on Thursday, March 4, 1993, at Victoria Hospital, London, in his 70th year. Beloved husband of the late Ida Summers (1975). Dear father of Frederick of Cambridge, Ronald of Lethbridge, Alta., Sheila (Mrs. Barry Wood) of Mississauga and Pauline (Mrs. Carlos Mendes) of London. Lovingly remembered by six grandchildren, two brothers, Edward and Clarence both of Walkerton, one sister, Theresa Strauss of Chepstow and two sisters-in-laws. Eileen Spitzig and Derette Spitzig. Predeceased by his parents and three brothers, Clem, Alex and Herb. Mr Spitzig was born in Chepstow and came to Cambridge in 1952. He moved to London in 1990. He was employed at Maple Lane Dairy for 21 years, retiring in 1975. He was a memeber of St Clement's Church, honorary member of the Knights of Columbus, Third Degree Member of the Cambridge Council, 1916 and Fourth Degree Knight of Father Funcken Assembly of Kitchener. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 516 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Saturday 7-9 p.m., Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will he celebrated by Father Cullaton at St. Clement's RC Church, Duke Street, Cambridge, on Monday, March 8, 1993 at 10 a.m. Interment in Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
