Beloved wife of Wilfred Spitzig; dear mother of Fred of Toronto; Robert, Sheila and Pauline of (Preston) Cambridge, in her 49th year. Mrs. Spitzig was born in St. John's Nfld. and had been a resident of Preston, for 26 years; a member of St. Clement's Church; survived by seven sisters and three brothers, Mrs. John Dinn (Lillian), Mrs. William Struck (Josephine) of Preston Cambridge, Mrs. Fred Leblanc (Mary) of Montreal, Mrs. Russell Swerdon (Helen) of Massachusetts, Mrs. Mary Deskins (Jean) of Washington, U.S.A., Mrs. John Hart (Doris), Mrs. Jim Tobin (Betty), Harry, Walter, and Ron Summers of St, John's, Nfld. The family will receive friends at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, corner Queenston and Argyle Streets, (Preston) Cambridge, Tuesday afternoon and evening. Funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Clement's Church, Wednesday morning, at 10 a.m. Interment in Parklawn cemetery.
