  GIMBEL, Edgar At the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital, on Friday, July 10, 1981, following a brief illness, age 75 years, Edgar Gimbel, of 48 Archer Place, Kitchener. A member of the Lutheran Church of the Reformation and a retired employee of J. M. Schneider Inc. Son of the late Abraham Gimbel and Martha Becker; wife of the former Mildred Rose Heller, who predeceased him in November, 1980; father and father-in-law of Thomas and Janet of Kitchener; brother of Harold of Cambridge and grandfather of Wendy (Mrs. Jesper Jorgensen) of Kitchener, Brian of Calgary and Jennifer of Kitchener. Funeral and committal services were held from the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, on Sunday, July 12, at 2 p.m. Rev. Andrew Paulsen of the Lutheran Church of the Reformation officiated.
