- REIST, Norman John
Of Mississauga on Saturday, April 1, 1995, at the Toronto General Hospital, in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Noreen Stonehouse and dear father of Lynn Reist and her husband Ian Bell of Paris. Also survived by one brother, Bernard and his wife Helen Reist of New Hamburg and one sister, Marie and her husband, Bill Weatherall of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by two grandchildren James and Alec Bell. Mr. Reist was born in Ashtabula, Ohio and has been a resident of Mississauga since 1968. He was a retired textile designer with Dominion Woolens and a member of the Commercial, Travelers. He was also a W.W. II Veteran, serving overseas with the R.C.A.F. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, 1 hour prior to the Funeral Service. The Funeral and Committal Services will be held at the Funeral Home, on Tuesday, April 4, 1995, at 1: 30 p.m., with Canon David Bowyer officiating. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
