  FORTE, Rose Of 6 Shettiestone Drive, Cambridge, Monday. April 3, 1989, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 73rd year, Rose Calcutta. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Forte. Dear mother of Peter and his wife Jean of Waterloo, Paul and his wife Sandra of Toronto, Joseph of Cambridge, David and his wife Karen of Conestogo, John and his wife Susan of Kitchener, Gregory and his wife Donna, Steven and his wife Karen Thomas and Catherine (Mrs. Douglas Barrie), all of Cambridge. Also survived by a daughter in-law, Helen Isley; a brother, James of British Columbia, three sisters, Mrs. Mary Predenchuk of Kitchener, Anne (Mrs. Len Nigro) of Guelph, and Edith (Mrs. Emmett Hickey) of Saskatchewan, 22 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by two sons, Frank and James and one brother, Joseph. Mrs. Forte was born in Waterloo and came to Cambridge in 1951. A member of St. Clement's Church and the CWL. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 568 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Monday (today), 7-9 p.m.; Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Clement's RC Church, Cambridge, Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment in Parklawn cemetery.
