Rose (Mrs. Anthony McLean) of St. Catharines, Mrs. Mary Livingstone of Preston. Elizabeth (Mrs. Michael Swarko) of Preston, Mrs. George Richie (Sarah) of Sydney. N.S., Mrs. Herman Harvey (Marguerite) of Preston; in his 48th year; Mr. Higgins was born in Sydney Mines, N.S., came to Preston 21 years ago, a wood-worker by trade, member of St. Clement's Church, veteran of the Second World War. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, Preston Cambridge, until Tuesday morning, then to St. Clement's Church for funeral mass, at 10 a.m. Interment in Parklawn cemetery.
