  SOWA, Joseph Of 1346 Pineview Ave., Cambridge, at Hilltop Manor, Monday, Oct. 13, 1986, dear husband of Sophia Palachniuk, in his 89th year. Dear father of John and his wife Wiktoria of Kitchener; grandfather of Lester and his wife Sophia and Hanna and her husband Zygmunt Jach of Kitchener. Also survived by a brother, Vincent of Chicago, Ill. Mr. Sowa came to Cambridge (P) from Poland in 1928; retired from the Canadian Office and School Funrniture of Cambridge (P). Friends will be received at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Tuesday (today) from 7-9 and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Clement's Church, Duke Street, Cambridge, Thursday, at 10 a.m. Interment in Parklawn cemetery.
