  WILFLIN, Edith "Gertrude" Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Monday, February 15, 2016, at age 92. Predeceased by her loving husband, Hank Wilflin (1981). Beloved mother of Bill Wilflin and wife Georgina. Dearly loved grandmother of Amanda Burgess (Rob Halkes) and great-grandmother of Lauren and Mason Halkes. Survived by sister Grace McInnis, also numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by parents John F. and Bridget Ann Callaghan, brothers Jim and Gus Callaghan and sisters Dorothy Creemer and Mary Trainor. Gertrude was born in Dromore, PEI and moved at an early age to Ontario, in 1944. Longtime member of St. Clements Roman Catholic Church and the Catholic Woman's League. She has resided in the village of Blair since 1950. Family will receive friends at BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge (519-653-3251) on Sunday, February 21, 2016, for visitation from 2-4 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge on Monday, February 22, 2016, at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
