Of Dover Street, Cambridge, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Monday, June 11,2001, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Maria Holzli (Oct. 2000). Dear father of John and his wife Katherine, Walter and his wife Sharon, Rudy and his wife Sharon, all of Cambridge and Robert and his wife Marlene of Guelph; lovingly remembered by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; survived by one brother, Istvan Dicsi and his wife Etelka of Kitchener and one sister, Anna Gozner of Germany. Predeceased by his parents, Andreas and Anna Bauer. Mr. Bauer was born in Romania and had been a resident of Cambridge, since 1953. He was a retired cabinet maker and a member of St. Clement's RC Church. Friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today (Wednesday), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Clement's RC Church, 745 Duke St., Cambridge, on Thursday, June 14, 2001, at 10 a.m. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
