  FERRIER J. Byron At the Freeport Hospital, Kitchener, Saturday, Oct. 11, 1975, following a lengthy illness, Byron Ferrier in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Kathleen Drader and loving father of Rev. John C. Ferrier of Chauvin, Alta., and James D. of Preston. Dear brother of Jean (Mrs. William Lester) of Ohio, and Miss Helen Ferrier of Perth. Mr. Ferrier had been a resident of Preston, since 1934. For a number of years he was with Savage Shoe Co. and then employed by the Unemployment Insurance Commission, from which he retired in 1965. A member of Knox Presbyterian Church, life member of Preston Masonic Lodge. Funeral services will be conducted from the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, this afternoon, Tuesday, at 2 p.m. Interment in Park Lawn cemetery. Kitchener-Waterloo Record 14 Oct 1975 pg 31
