  KONDO, Ayako (Aya) Aya passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side, on November 16, 2016, in her 87th year. Predeceased by her husband Harry. Loving mother of Gary (Elizabeth) and cherished grandmother of Sarah (Dave) and Jeff (Nicole). Proud great- grandmother to Olivia and Owen. Survived by siblings Stony, Ken, Jack (Ellie) and Mary and predeceased by Kay, Kiyoko and Koichi. Aya will be missed by her sisters-in-law, Shiz Kondo and Sue Hirasawa, and many nieces and nephews. Sincere thanks to the Paramed palliative care team, especially Pat, Joanne and Abby for their compassionate care. A private family burial has taken place at Parklawn Cemetery. A celebration of life service with reception and visitation following the service will be held at Trillium United Church (450 King St. East, Cambridge) on November 21, 2016 at 11: 00 a.m Waterloo Region Recod 19 Nov 2016
