  GARDNER, Hilda Of the Hilltop Manor, formerly of Walter Street, Cambndge (P), at the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Wednesday, August 16, 1978, in her 85th year, Hilda Garrett, beloved wife of the late Arthur Gardner. Dear mother of Shiela (Mrs. James Gayfer) of Petawawa. Also survived by one brother, two sisters and two grandchildren. Mrs. Gardner was born in London, England and had been a resident of Cambridge, since 1922. A member of St. John's Anglican Church. Friends will be received at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge (P), Thursday evening, Friday afternoon and evening.
