  KOPEY, Edward Anthony At St. Mary's Hospital, on Thursday, Aprll 9, 1987, following a brief illness, Ed Kopey, of 89 Manor Drive, Kitchener, age 53 years. Mr. Kopey owned and operated Maxair Controls Ltd., now called Maxair Applied, since 1974. He was also a member of St. Clement's RC Church, Cambridge (Preston). Beloved husband of Maxine (Ariss) and loving father of Jeffrey and Michael, both of Cambridge and Keri of Kitchener, dear brother of Helen (Mrs. Robert Schultz), Vickie (Mrs. Jack Gadd). Nina (Mrs. George Moss) and Edith Gillies, all of Cambridge and Marion Murray of Guelph. Also sadly missed by his grandchildren, Shawn and Amber Kopey. Predeceased by his parents and a brother, Joseph in infancy. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 821 King St. W., Kitchener, on Saturday, from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services and committal will be held in the Ratz-Bechtel Chapel, on Monday, at 1 p.m. Cremation will follow.
