      PRESTON, James M. Palmer, 717 Hespeler St., died Monday, at South Waterloo Hospital. He was 67, Mr. Palmer was born in London, England. He had resided most of his life in Preston. He retired from Clare Brothers, Ltd. five years ago. He was affiliated with the Anglican church. Surviving are three brothers, Harry of Galt, Leslie of Hespeler and Reginald of Brampton. Six sisters, Mrs. Kate Gordon, Annie Palmer, Mrs. Harry (Doris) Reidel and Mrs William (Constance) Lambton, all of Preston, Mrs. Gordon (Rose) McDonald and Mrs. Stanley (Lillian) Krawford of Clair Shores, Mich. The body is at Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, where a service will be conducted Thursday, at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Park Lawn cemetery.
