  MRS. ROSE LOFT Mrs. Rose Loft, a resident of Preston, for 60 years, 628 Laurel St., died at the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Friday, in her 87th year. Mrs. Loft came to Preston from London, England. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas W. Loft, in 1966. Surviving are three sons, Thomas of Galt, Albert of RR 3, Galt. Arthur of Preston: two daughters, Mrs. Larry (Rose) Knight of Galt and Mrs. Emmett (Lillian) Henry of Preston: a brother, Albert Hughes of Toronto: three sisters, Mrs. Florence Broom of Toronto, Mrs. Emily Robertson of Toronto and Mrs. Annie Wallace of Toronto. Ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, also survive. Mrs. Loft is resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, where friends will be received this afternoon and evening. Private funeral services will be conducted, at the funeral home, on Sunday, at 2 p.m., with interment, following in Park Lawn Cemetery. Galt Reporter 1971
