      Died peacefully, at St. Raphael's Nursing Home, on Wednesday, March 6, 1985, Martha Newman Hahn, formerly of Preston Springs, Cambridge, aged 83 years. Loving wife of the late, Carl Hahn; dear mother of Carl of Elmira, Winnifred (Mrs. Keith Eby) of Newburgh and Barbara (Mrs. Fred Lashbrooke) of Waterloo; sister of Gerhardt of Oshawa, Pauline (Mrs. Gerth) of Linwood, Ruth (Mrs. Delbert Davis) of Maple Leaf, Ont. and Mrs. Anna Barr of Bancroft. Also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents and three sisters. A member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Cambridge and the Ladies' Auxiliary of the church. She was also a member of the Queen's Rebekah Lodge, Preston. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. Thursday. A private family service will be held on Friday. Interment in St. Clement's cemetery, Cambridge.
