  Wm. H. Murch Died Today William Henry Murch, 524 Vine Street, well-known Preston, resident since 1917, died at the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, at 3 o'clock this morning, after a lengthy illness. During his 43 years of residence in the community, the deceased had formed a large circle of friends. Born in Bristol, England, the late Mr. Murch, lived in Wingham Ontario, until coming to Preston in 1917, residing here since that tune. He was employed as a moulder at Clare Bros., for some 40 years, retiring four years ago. A good sportsman, the deceased was a keen hunter and fisherman, while he took a great deal of pride in his home and its surroundings. He was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife, formerly Della Harris; two sons, Douglas of Preston and John of Saskatoon, a daughter, Eilee (Mrs. L. H. Richard) of Preston; a sister, Mrs. George Banks, of Stratford, and five grandchildren. The late Mr. March is resting at the Stager-Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queen Street, Preston, where funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, at 2 p.m. Committal service in Park Lawn Memorial Chapel.
