Of 222 Dover St. N., Cambridge, on Monday, Feb. 15, 1993, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Rhea (Lynne) Payette; loving brother of Mrs. Elsie Bradish of Toronto. Predeceased by his parents; two brothers, Jack and Robert and one sister. Mr. Huggan was born in Pittsfield, Mass. and came to Cambridge (Preston) in 1928. He had been employed for 27 years with the CPR railway and retired in 1972. He was a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Preston Branch 126 and an air force veteran of the Second World War, serving overseas with the RAF. Cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral home visitation. A memorial service will be conducted at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 2 p.m., conducted by Legion Padre, Dan Webb.
