      Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Monday, August 31, 2009, at the age of 81. Beloved father to son, Gordon Jr. (Beverly) and daughter, Sharon; grandfather to Jordan, Brian and Laura Snooks, and great-grandfather to Logan, all of Nova Scotia. Brother in-law of Lennie Ikonen of Kitchener. Gordon will be fondly remembered by Jackie and Gord Clemens and their children Janet Shea (Aaron), Jennifer Tonner (Andy), Ashley Clemens (Sean) Becky Donovan (Charlie) and grandchildren all of Cambridge. Predeceased by his longtime companion, Donna Tennant (April 2009); brother, Robert 'Al', sister Gladys; parents, Hannah (Clarke) and Robert. Cremation has taken place and an interment will take place at Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge. Family and friends are invited to share their memories of Gordon's life at Knights of Columbus Lounge, 333 Speedsville Rd., Cambridge, on Thursday September 3, 2009, between 1: 30 and 4 p.m.
