  SIMPSON, William George Kennedy Of Dunbar Road, Cambridge, on Wednesday, Nov. I1, 1998, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Margaret Scott; dear father of Neil and his wife Theresa of Oakville, Graham, Anne Marie Gray and her husband Ian and Margaret Cable and her husband Gary, all of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by eight grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, David and Jessie Simpson and one brother, David. Mr. Simpson was born in Glasgow, Scotland and had been a resident of the area for the past 32 years. He was retired from Budd Automotive, a member of the Masonic Lodge, the U.K. Club and the Royal Canadian Legion Preston Branch No. 126. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge on Sunday, from 2-4 p.m. The memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, Nov. 16, 1998, at 2 p.m., with Padre David Bowyer officiating.
