  HEWITT, Arthur James With great sadness we announce the passing of Art Hewitt on Friday, February 15, 2013, in his 86th year at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Predeceased by his wife Donna (1999). Very loving and caring father to Sharon Fohring (Helmut), Bill (Patricia) Hewitt, Lorraine Carter (Bill) and Gerry (friend Mary Jane) Hewitt. He will be greatly missed by grandchildren Karin Wendorf, Kimberly Carter and Angela Lovely (Jason) and great-grandchildren Christa, Brent, Matthew and Owen,all of whom he loved and cherished for who they are. Art leaves behind his brother, Doug Hewitt and sister Christine Bratt and their families, all of Windsor, ON and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother, Harold Hewitt and sisters, Marjorie Counsell and June Walker. In his retirement he enjoyed wood working and travelling. We will certainly miss his humour, his involvement in our lives and his concern for all of us. A private family service was held. Cremation has taken place. A public Memorial Service and Celebration of Art's life will take place on February 23, 2013 at Knox Preston Presbyterian Church, 132 Argyle Street North, Cambridge, at 2 p.m. Waterloo Region Record 15 Feb 2013
