Beloved wife of Peter Jansen, for 57 years; loving mother of Roy and his wife Trudy of Paris, Joan and her husband Gary Hilker of Cambridge and Jane and her husband Don Longhorn of Kitchener. Violet is predeceased by a daughter, Helen Fice. Special nanny of 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A private family service has taken place.
