  MOORE, Elsie Violet Peacefully, at home, 386 Eagle St. S., Cambridge, on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 1992, in her 74th year. Elsie Violet Hockley, beloved wife of the late Russell Moore. Dear mother of Dennis of Cambridge, Linda Moore of British Columbia, Sharon (Mrs. David Stuebing) of Kitchener, Carol (Mrs. John MacLelland) and Connie (Mrs. Paul Maile), both of Cambridge. Also survived by 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren: one sister, Mrs. Florence Caskenette of Kincardine. Predeceased by one daughter, Carolina and two sisters, Greta and Pearl. Mrs. Moore was born in Teeswater and had resided in Cambridge since 1939 and was a retired cook for the Sulpher Springs Hotel. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, on Thursday, 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service at St. John's Anglican Church, 587 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Saturday, at 11 a.m. Interment in Parklawn Cemetery.
