      Superintendent of the Water Works of the Preston Utilites Commission. At the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Galt, Thursday, July 6, 1972. James T Hauser of 1113 Rose St., Preston; age 52; beloved husband of Amy Baines and dear father of James of Preston, Marilyn ( Mrs. Paul Debrusk ) of Preston, Sandra (Mrs. Richard Goegan) of Hamilton and Ann of Preston; also survived by two brothers, Joseph, Preston and William, Hespeler; two sisters, Gloria (Mrs. Carl Duneman) of Hespeler, Joyce (Mrs. Earl Lawrence) of Preston. Mr. Hauser was born and lived all his life in Preston; he was employed with Preston Utilities Commission Water Works, for 21 years; member of St. Luke's Anglican Church, where he was a peoples warden; member of Preston Masonic Lodge and Preston Cambridge Lodge IOOF; member of the Preston Royal Canadian Legion; veteran of the Second World War, serving overseas from 1939 to 1945. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funereal Home, Preston, where friends will be received Friday afternoon and evening. Funeral service in St. Luke's Anglican Church on Saturday, at 2 p.m. Interment in Parklawn cemetery.
