  MERRITT, Lucy Of Fountain Street, Cambridge, on Tuesday, March 11, 1997, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Mervin Merritt. Dear mother of Robert and his wife Sandra of Cambridge and Pat Karges of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents; one son, Jim (1995) and one son-in-law, Don Karges. Mrs. Merritt was born in England and had been a resident of the area for the past 60 years. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral and committal services will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, March 14, 1997, at 11 a.m., with Rev.
