  FOE, Howard Of 554 Dolph St., Cambridge, at his residence, on Thursday, Feb. 10, 1983. Beloved husband of the late Mary Eichler; dear father of Norman of Mission, B.C., John of Yarmouth, N.S., Linda (Mrs. Wayne Duggan) and Beverley (Mrs. Tim Beechey), both of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by seven grandchildren. Predeceased by one son, Russell and one daughter, Marilyn. Mr. Foe was born in Drumbo and a lifelong resident of the area. He had been employed for a great number of years with Eastern Steel Products of Cambridge and had retired in July of 1981. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends, this evening, 7-9 and Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9. The funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home, Sunday, Feb. 13, at 4 p.m. Interment following in Parklawn cemetery. Kitchener-Waterloo Record 11 Feb 1983 pg D15
