  THOMPSON, James D. Of Fairview Mennonite Home, on Thursday, April 4, 1991, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Maude Smith; dear father of Lorne of Kitchener and Allan of Toronto. Lovingly remembered by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mr. Thompson was born in Clarendon, Que. and was a retiree of Thomas Construction and a member of Lincoln Avenue United Church. The family will receive friends at The Barthal Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Friday from 7-9 p.m. The funeral and committal service will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, April 6, at 1: 30 p.m. Kitchener-Waterloo Record 4 Apr 1991 pg A9
