  LAWRENCE, Earl Of Cambridge, formerly of Lawrence Street, on Friday, December 16, 2005, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, at the age of 85 years. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Hauser (2000). Dear father of Brenda (Craig) Simpson of Waterloo, Susan (John) Lisso and Gloria Cressman, all of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by one grandson, Jonathan (Charlene) Lisso and two great-grandchildren, Laura and Sydney. Survived by two brothers, Glen (Ellen) Lawrence of Cambridge and Hank Lawrence of Listowel and three sisters, Midge Runsteadler of Palmerston, Marlene Thompson and Doreen (Tubby) Collins, all of Cambridge. Mr. Lawrence had been a lifelong resident of Cambridge. He was a Veteran of World War Two serving overseas, a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and operated his own tinsmithing company until his retirement 20 years ago. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 810 King Street, E., Cambridge on Monday December 19, 2005 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dale Finch officiating. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery, Cambridge. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
