  HUBER, Emil G. - At the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital, on Saturday, Feb. 16, 1974, after a lengthy illness, Emil George Huber, of 32 Theresa St., aged 88 years; born in Germany, a son of the late Emil Huber and the former Matilda Schubert; a resident of Twin Cities for the past 85 years and a member of St. John's RC Church. Mr. Huber was a painter and decorator in the community for many years; he was an honorary member of the Father Funcken Council Knights of Columbus and a member of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind. Husband of Regina Herringer who predeceased him in May, 1973; father of Marie (Mrs. William Mikoliazhk) and Ronald W. Huber, both of Kitchener; brother of Mrs. Edith Roth, Kitchener; Mrs. Cleo Jenkins, Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Betty Baker, Columbus, Ohio, and Peter Huber of Hollywood, Fla.; seven grand- children and two great-grand-children also survive. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. West, Kitchener, where the parish rosary will be recited tonight at 8 p.m. Prayers will be said at the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., followed by funeral mass aat St. John's RC Church at 10.
