  BARTHOLOMEW, Howard Of 57 Union Street East, Waterloo, Tuesday, June 26, 1984, at the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital, in his 66th year. Beloved husband of Joyce Ware and dear father of Russell and Claudette, Robert and Susan and Wendy (Mrs. James White) all of Cambridge. Also survived by one brother Harold of Cambridge and a sister Marguerite (Mrs. Ivan Henderson) of R.R. 2 Cambridge. Also survived by nine grandchildren. Mr. Bartholomew was born in Blair and lived most of his life in the Cambridge area. He was employed at Clare Brothers Limited, a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. A veteran of the Second World War, serving with the Hamilton Light Infantry, a member of the Preston Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 126. Friends will be received at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service at the funeral home, Friday, at 2: 30 p.m. Interment in Parklawn Cemetery.
